This Privacy Policy explains how EnableU ("EnableU", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with our websites, including enableu.ai and app.enableu.co, and our AI sales enablement platform, products, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

  • Organization and billing information: company name, team or department information, subscription plan, billing contact details, and payment-related information processed via our third-party payment providers.
  • Content you submit: data, documents, playbooks, messaging templates, sales assets, notes, and other content you upload or enter into the Services ("Customer Data").
  • Support and communication: information you provide when you contact us (for example via email or support forms), including the content of the message and any related attachments.

1.2 Information we collect automatically

When you use the Services, we automatically collect certain information about your device and usage patterns. This may include:

  • To communicate with you about the Services, including onboarding, product updates, security alerts, and administrative messages.

  • To monitor and improve the performance, security, and reliability of the Services.

  • To comply with legal obligations, enforce our agreements, and protect the rights, property, and safety of EnableU, our customers, and others.
